Updates to our returns and exchange policy. (Jan 2nd, 2020)
Starting Jan 2nd, 2020 we will no longer be accepting returns or exchanges for any products affected by the upcoming FDA sales restrictions that are due to take effect on Feb 1st., 2020. This includes flavored pods. When placing your order please be aware that we will not accept any returns or exchanges for the above-mentioned items. We offer a 30-day return policy on most of the items we sell, as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging. Yes, that included any shrink wrap or plastic wrap that the product was wrapped with, sorry.
Some limitations do apply. For example, we generally do not accept returns for liquids, pods, and juices. We also typically do not accept returns due to flavor issues, taste inconsistencies, etc. since taste is highly subjective and we can't guarantee whether you'll like a certain blend or not.
Returns caused by delivery issues:
Any returns that are caused by delivery issues are subject to a restocking fee, that ranges from 10% to 15%, depending on the order. The restocking fee final value is decided fully at our discretion and can depend on the size of the order, the items purchased, or any damage received during shipment. Along with the restocking fee, any shipping costs that were paid for at the time of order placement will not be refunded.
*Misused, damaged, broken or missing items will not be refunded.
